birthday girl | winnipeg photographer

little "K" turned one about a month and a half ago but i figured it was still ok to do her 1 year cake smash photo shoot. it only took her about .2 seconds to dig in and she really loved it...she even smashed her feet in! she has a sweet tooth like her older sister and daddy as she ate nearly half of the cake. i could not narrow down the pictures so this is a huge blog post. i even made a storyboard of all the fun :)

this post is a over a month overdue but hey, better late than never. for our daughters' joint birthday party my husband and i...well actually i because let's face it, he didn't really have any input ;) decided on an ice cream theme. it was great and actually not too messy considering all the toppings. everyone loved it....i think even some of the adults were more excited than the kids! this is a large share but i couldn't narrow it down any more.

when my friend asked me to take photos of her 'family' i was excited but as the day came closer i began to get very nervous. as you can see my friend and her husband's 3 'children' are dogs - Diesel, Rocco and little Gucci :) this was definitely the most unique session i've had but i loved it. enjoy your sneak peek guys!

happy halloween ...yes, yes, i know it was yesterday!

just a few pics of my girls in their costumes from yesterday. the weather was a little chilly but the girls enjoyed being in their costumes and going to friend's houses for some yummy candies. i've had to hide the candies from "S" or she would ask to eat one every 5 seconds! can someone hide them from me? ;)

i know this is a little late but i've been so busy that this is the first time i've had a chance to put these pics up. our family took a trip to a pumpkin patch here in the city and the girls had so much fun running around they didn't want to leave!

she was so proud she made it to the top of the hay stack!

my little girl was so excited to carve a pumpkin today. unfortunately, she didn't want to get her hands dirty so she tried to use a spoon. it didn't really do much but she did love every minute of it and was very excited to show her dad her jack-o-lantern. i can't wait to see how excited she will get when the kids start coming to the door trick or treating.
